We offer many different computer services to the Kamloops, BC area. Our solutions solve any problems with PCs or networks. With any service, you also have the option of renting a loaner system for the duration of the repair.
Upon arrival, we will diagnose your system and give a quote. Unless you are notified first, you will not pay any higher than our quote.
We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Interac, or PayPal as forms of payment after the service is complete.

When something goes wrong with your computer, we will come and find the problem. We will give you a small report of what has happened to your system, and what options you have to repair it. With our diagnosis, you are not obligated to have us repair your system; however, if you do choose to have us perform the service, the diagnosis will be free. We have many tools to scope a computer that enables us to find and solve any problem that is present. As well, we can give some suggestions about things that you may want to consider before and after any service.

| BACK-UP & RECOVERY We'll Get it Back After a Crash |

When Files are deleted, they aren't deleted until they are written over. If you have deleted a file that is critical to you, DO NOT DO ANYTHING! Shut off your computer and leave it until we get there, otherwise there is the potential that it could be lost. Files on flash sticks (thumb drives) are generally lost once they are gone, but if there is something you deleted from your hard-drive, there is the potential for it to be saved as long as a new file hasn't been written over on the area of the disk where your lost file was.
If your computer has crashed, almost 100% of the files are still accessible. We can restore most system crashes back to a stable condition. If we can't restore the system exactly how it was, we definitely can get the system operational again with your old files accessible where they were before.
On every recovery, we provide a back-up disk that you can use to restore your system to the state that we made if you crash it again.

If you have old systems hanging around the house, or if you have decided to buy a new computer, we will come and take away the old one free of charge. We are partnering with SCLF in Vernon, and we take systems to their recycling depot.
We are working hard to divert dangerous chemicals from our landfills into a proper recycling facility. Help us properly dispose of these electronics properly. Together, we can all contribute to a cleaner world.

| LOANER SYSTEM Have a Computer to Use While Yours is Repaired |

For some people, being without a computer is not an option. We have a solution! We can provide a good loaner system for the duration of the repair period. We have a flat rate for our loaner, it doesn't matter whether the repair is quick and lasts 24 hours, or is longer and lasts up to a week.
Please note that due to high demand, the loaner computers we have available are first-come first-serve.
When we return to our office, we completely wipe the system of any and all personal data. So your saved information will not be given to anybody in the future, and you will not receive any information left by previous customers.
